HNC Board congratulates Dr RK Ranjan Singh, Minister of State!

Dr. RK. Ranjan, former MU Registrar and newly appointed Hon’ble Union Minister of State for External Affairs and Education visited HNC in August 2020. 

Dr. RK Ranjan is a well-wisher of HNC. Hailing from the world of academia he wished HNC to take the light of education to all parts of the state, particularly in the hills.

HNC is happy and proud of Dr. RK Ranjan’s induction in the expanded ministry of the government of India. May India and the world experience durable peace and prosperity, and enlightenment under his able leadership.
